New Testament Bible Verse Pictures

Matthew 6:33

But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
Matthew 6:33

This verse always speaks so much to me. Sometimes I get so busy and I have to be careful that I am doing what God wants me to do, and not just what seems logical in my own mind to do. We always need to be asking ourselves – is this serving the Lord and His kingdom? Is this putting Him first?

Other seeds fell into the good soil, and as they grew up and increased, they yielded a crop and produced thirty, sixty and a hundredfold.
Mark 4:8

We love organic gardening in our family and every year when I watch Mama Z plant seeds in her garden, I am reminded of this verse. And I’m reminded of God’s promise to us that when we plant into our lives, we reap accordingly. What are you planting in your life?

Mark 5:36

Just believe.
Mark 5:36

Just two simple words but wow they speak volumes. We tend to overcomplicate things. We want to add rules, legalities, how-tos, ten steps, and checklists to everything. But in the Lord we find a beautiful simplicity to our faith – Just Believe.

Luke 1:37

For nothing is impossible with God.
Luke 1:37

What an encouragement! This is one of those promises from God that lifts my spirits and gives me strength when I am working towards something that seems daunting or uncertain. If this is the encouragement you need in your life right now, hover over the image and click to share/save.

1 Corinthians 2:16

For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
1 Corinthians 2:16

You and I have limits to what we can know and understand. And in our natural man we easily can let confusion and doubt creep into our minds. But in the Lord we can have the confidence and surety of the mind of Christ.

Galatians 5:1

Christ has set us free to enjoy our freedom. So remain strong in the faith. Don’t let the chains of slavery hold you again.
Galatians 5:1

Praise God that he has the power to unbind the snares that hold us. When sin tries to tie us down, and shackle us to our old, dead man, we know that the Lord has freed us. We get to walk in the newness of life through Him. Hallelujah!

Galatians 6:7

Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.

Philippians 4:13

I can do all things through HIM who strengthens me.
Philippians 4:13

Colossians 3:17

And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
Colossians 3:17

We know that as Christians we aren’t just living for ourselves, but for the Lord. Everything we do…everything we say…we do it for the glory of God.

1 Timothy 4:8

For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things.
1 Timothy 4:8

We know the great benefits of exercise for health and well-being of our physical bodies. And yet here the Lord says next to that, exercising our ability to live in accordance to His will, doesn’t even compare!
